1. REFUNDS

If the service performed was different from the one ordered or requested.
A full refund will be made if the department is in error.

Return Policy

At Astats Agency we sell virtual products and render services, No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.

Cancellation Policy

The following are to note:

If the work has not started, A full refund will be made.
If the authorized work has been started, Astats Agency may retain an appropriate portion of paid amount.
